PillPack
CHALLENGE
We were hired when Pill Pack had just 12 employees to guide their in-house marketing department. We were tasked with increasing brand awareness and acquiring new customers.
SOLUTION
We created campaigns and implemented strategic placements with a starting budget of just $50/day in ad spend. In two years time we facilitated the scale to $4,500 a day, generated tens of thousands of customers and exploded their market share. As a direct results of our efforts, we helped facilitate their acquisition by Amazon.
The rest is history.
Five Pawns
CHALLENGE
A pioneering e-liquid brand formed in 2012, Five Pawns manufactures premium e-liquid flavors. They are well respected in the industry for the uncompromising use of quality ingredients and relentless tobacco harm reduction advocacy. We were tasked with creating brand awareness, generating subscriber growth and increasing their direct to consumer sales. Since e-liquid is a prohibited product from Facebook Advertising we were tasked with a unique challenge.
SOLUTION
We administered a technology shift, removed subscription based services and took thousands of dollars off their bottom line every month. We rebranded, designed and launched two separate websites for their domestic and international customers, launched a new series of fruit flavors, optimized their email flows, ran contests, affiliate and referral programs and increased their direct to consumer sales by 35% within 6 months. We’re still helping them create product extensions and grow.
CUDDLY
CHALLENGE
CUDDLY is a philanthropy platform facilitating donations to animals in need, connecting people with animal shelters nationwide. It’s the Kickstarter for abused animals. We were tasks to help them with brand awareness and increase their monthly donation via their email platform.
SOLUTION
We immediately converted their donor base of over 100,000 customers onto a new email platform and saved them thousands of dollars in fees. We enhanced the ascetic of their emails, created multiple segmented lists like the “CUDDLY Club” for their VIP donors and automated email flows to leverage their weekly emails. Our efforts helped facilitate a consistent increase in overall donations by 45% the first month we launched and their numbers continue to increase every month as they add new donors.
Concierge Health
CHALLENGE
Healthcare startup Concierge Health is a healthcare company offers flexible options to patients in preventative genetic testing and telemedicine services. We were tasked with helping them launch a direct to consumer HIPAA compliant eco-system and acquire new patients.
SOLUTION
First, we created the brand from scratch, a comprehensive SEO optimized website and supporting marketing and sales collateral. We developed a HIPAA compliant automated signing service connecting telemedicine doctors with patients to expedite preventative genetic testing in Cancer, Heart Conditions and Medicine Management. We developed multiple landing pages and funnels to drive traffic directly to their lab partners. We are currently driving approximately 30 new patients per day from our optimizations on Facebook which continues to translate into millions of dollars in revenue every month.
Raw Backpacks
CHALLENGE
As a start-up in a highly competitive and crowded space, RAW Backpacks struggled to find an effective way to reach and acquire customers without large advertising budgets.
SOLUTION
By rebuilding the brand with clearer messaging and refining the website and other digital assets we were able to approach specialty online retailers and present them with a clear brand image that focussed on adding value to the retailer through a shared vision. On these stepping stones we structured deals that positioned RAW to leverage lists of several hundred thousand subscribers without spending a penny on advertising. The only cost was the discounted product in order to be featured on the retailers websites and newsletters.
Bugatti E-Liquids
CHALLENGE
Bugatti E-liquids contracted us to create copy for the Bugatti-E website launch event specific to blog posts and new product page offerings on an expedited timeline, within days of the site launch. As a sub brand of the premium luxury car company the challenge was immense on such a short timeline.
SOLUTION
We quickly researched historical data on the car company and worked tirelessly over three days to supply professionally written content for their product listings, blog articles, made SEO recommendations, wrote site policies and delivered other marketing collateral for related sales channels. We hit the mark with flying colors and the site launch went off as planned.
Hero Longboards
CHALLENGE
Before electric skateboards, Hero Longboards was recreating the category through modern manufacturing processes and cutting edge materials but they as a small business, they couldn’t cut through the noise in the industry and struggled to gain brand awareness or marketshare.
SOLUTION
We approached the solution through two campaigns. First, we created a series of videos and photos that highlighted the unique aspects of the longboard and put small budgets behind them. Several gained massive traction and garnered hundreds of thousands of views within the community. Second, we launched a project that engaged the core following in the design and manufacturing process through forums and R&D group calls. These hand picked, core supporters became advocates that jump started any social posts or updates about the brand giving a 20x boost on Hero’s organic posts.
Cedar Tree Legal
CHALLENGE
Create a brand attractive to lawyers, acquire them as customers through media buying, support them as franchisees with digital marketing material, and deliver them clients in the form of targeted leads through a sub-branded marketing engine.
SOLUTION
We created a beautiful website, landing pages and marketing funnels. We marketed to lawyers through targeted national ad campaigns and had 15 firms sign up the first two days the campaigns ran. We continue to grow the number of legal firms as clients through hyper-targeted media buying campaigns.
